Our team directly outline the photo you supply us with, so it would be good to know which part of the design you didn’t like? As we embroidered your family at a table as it was in the photo you supplied. Regarding the cushion insert, there is an option when you are adding your personalisations to add on the cushion inners if you wanted to before checkout 😊
