At Mila Clothing, every order is made to order, which means we don’t simply take an item off the shelf and send it out. Each piece is individually personalised, embroidered just for you.

We take a little extra time to make sure everything is made with care, precision and attention to detail. After all, we want you to love your order as much as we loved making it!

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery
Your order will usually arrive within 4–7 working days. This includes the time it takes for us to create, personalise and prepare your order before it is dispatched.

Need it sooner? Express Delivery – £8.99
In a hurry? We’ve got you covered! Our Express Delivery service costs £8.99, with orders usually arriving within 3–4 working days.

The only exception is our Pet Portraits, which aren't available for express delivery due to the additional time needed to create each individual design.

We always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but occasionally things happen that are outside of our control. If there is an unexpected delay, we'll let you know as soon as we can.

Please double-check your delivery details at checkout — an incorrect address can cause delays that we may not be able to prevent.

International Delivery

We also deliver internationally! 🌍

International orders usually arrive within 10–15 working days (2–3 weeks). This includes the time needed to create and prepare your order before it is dispatched.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail, with delivery costs calculated at checkout based on your location.

A Quick Note About Customs

If you're ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges when it arrives in your country.

Unfortunately, these charges are set by your local customs authority and are outside of our control, so any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please also note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
