Orders & Cancellations
Can I cancel/ change my order?
We know mistakes happen, so we are happy to accommodate changes or cancellations as long as your order hasn't entered the manufacturing stage.
Once our team begins crafting your personalised item, we are no longer able to make adjustments or issue a refund. If you realise a change is needed, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to catch it in time!
How can I order something that isn't on your website ?

We need a brief description of the design, size, quantity, colour and thread/s. Then we can get back to you with a quote.
Shipping & Delivery
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been posted you will receive an email from us with the tracking information to follow its delivery.
How long does shipping take?
UK Shipping
Standard Delivery for orders in the UK takes 1 week (4 -7 Working Days) for standard shipping.
Express Shipping Options are available at the checkout and take 3-4 working days for delivery.
While we always aim for a speedy delivery, sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. If an unexpected delay pops up, we’ll reach out right away to let you know and do everything we can to get your order back on track.
To help us get your items to you as quickly as possible, please double-check that all your details are entered correctly at checkout.
International Shipping
Delivery for international orders is 2-3 weeks (10-15 working days). International orders are sent via Royal Mail and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
YES!
We aim for all international orders to be delivered within 20 working days from purchase. This is subject to location.
NOTE:
We are not responsible for any delays in the delivery of items that are caused by events outside of our control.
To avoid any delays in your order being processed, please make sure all details are entered correctly.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs vary per location, all shipping costs are calculated the checkout depending which service you choose.
Will I be charged customs fees if I am ordering from outside of the UK?
We are not informed about customs charges before shipping.
Any customs charges added to your order are out of our control. We are not responsible for any additional import/custom charges.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my personalised product
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for our personalised items as they are custom made to each order. However, if your items are faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving it.
