Non-Personalised Items
If you’d like to return an item, please let us know within 15 days of receiving your order. Returns should be in their original condition - just contact us at info@milaclothing.co.uk with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
Personalised Items
Because our products are custom-made specifically for you, all personalised orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We know mistakes happen, so we are happy to accommodate changes or cancellations as long as your order hasn't entered the manufacturing stage. Once our team begins crafting your personalised item, we are no longer able to make adjustments or issue a refund. If you realise a change is needed, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to catch it in time!
Defective or Damaged Items
We take great pride in our craft, but if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, we want to make it right.

Standard Window: You may return defective items within 15 days of receipt.

Holiday Extended Window: For all orders placed in December, the return window for defective items is extended until January 16th.
To initiate a return for a defective item, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the fault. Returns are only accepted for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival; we cannot accept returns for general wear and tear or errors made during the ordering process (e.g., typos provided by the customer).
Statutory Rights
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy. Under the Consumer Rights Act, your right to a refund or replacement for "made-to-order" goods only applies if the items are faulty or not as described.
