"Nothing Lasts forever but at least we’ve got these memories"
Born in Leeds (a city in the north of England), I was lucky to grow up with wonderful friends and family who I have built many amazing memories with. I remember family day trips to Burnsall, my first holiday with my boyfriend and seeing in the new year in Ireland with all of my friends.
I love those memories because they make me smile and warm my heart- no matter what is going on in my life.
Memories give us purpose
We all cherish memories because they allow us to relive the best times in our lives. Memories become stories that we tell hundreds and thousands of times throughout our life.
Memories create bonds
One of the best things about our memories is that not only are they heartwarming to us, they are also beautiful to others.
Our memories can encourage someone who is going through a hard time and provide comfort that the best is yet to come. They allow us to look back with fondness and forward with excitement about the possibilities for our future.

All of these memories hold a special place in my heart, which left me wondering how I could capture and cherish them in everyday life. I was on the lookout to fulfil my own needs but also because I knew other people around the world felt the same.
How Mila Clothing began
During the COVID-19 lockdowns, combining my thoughtful nature and my boyfriends upcoming birthday. I set out to create a gift that was both subtle and meaningful. I wanted something sentimental that he could use everyday.
Inspired by the timelessness of Roman numerals, I became our #1 customer and our Roman numeral sweatshirt was born.
When I shared this idea on Tiktok in 2020 I found I wasn’t alone, I discovered people all over the world who were looking for ways to capture their favourite memories and gifts that people would cherish forever.
