When will I recieve my order? 🚚
We aim for all UK personalised orders to arrive within 4-7 working days from checkout. 10-15 working days for international orders.
Need your item earlier? Upgrade to express shipping at checkout for delivery within 3-4 working days 📦
Once your order has been posted you will receive an email from us with the tracking information to follow its delivery with Evri (UK Orders) or Royal mail (International Orders).
What images can I upload? 📷
In short, anything.
As we hand draw the outlines ✍️ you can upload people, pets, hand or footprints, cars, cartoons, spicy photos… the list goes on!
Unfortunately we cannot provide design previews before embroidery as each outline is hand drawn and this process takes anywhere from 10-30 minutes. We hope you understand. 🖼️
